We’re continuing to interview candidates for a high-volume U.S. multifamily portfolio.
If you have hands-on leasing experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, this may be a strong fit.
* Managing inbound leasing inquiries (calls, messages, emails)
* Handling the full leasing workflow (lead → application → screening → lease)
* Coordinating tours and following up with prospects
* Supporting tenant screening and approvals
* Managing high lead volume across multiple properties
* Taking ownership of listing performance (pricing, positioning, lead flow)
* Suggesting improvements across platforms like Zillow,
Apartments.com, Facebook Marketplace, etc.
* Experience with property management systems (AppFolio, Yardi, ResMan, etc.)
* Proven experience handling leasing end-to-end (not just support)
* Ability to work in high-volume environments
* Strong communication, organization, and follow-up
* Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership
* Full-time (Pacific Time)
* $10–$12/hour + performance bonuses
* Sunday shifts (4 hours) paid at 2x
