🧠 About the Role
We are a fast-growing pest control company expanding across multiple U.S. markets. As we scale, we are bringing our marketing operations in-house and building a team focused on data, systems, and performance.
This is NOT a content or social media role.
This is a high-impact, analytical position focused on:
  • Marketing systems
  • Attribution tracking
  • Performance analysis
  • Vendor accountability
You will work directly with leadership to ensure our marketing is measurable, optimized, and scalable.
🎯 What You’ll Own
📊 Marketing Tracking & Attribution
  • Ensure all lead sources are accurately tracked in GoHighLevel (CRM)
  • Audit and maintain UTM tracking
  • Monitor call tracking numbers and form submissions
  • Identify and fix attribution issues quickly
  • Maintain clean documentation of all lead sources
📈 Performance & ROI Analysis
  • Track cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Analyze performance across channels (SEO, paid ads, lead providers)
  • Deliver weekly performance reports
  • Recommend where to scale, optimize, or cut spend
🤝 Vendor & Lead Management
  • Communicate with lead vendors and marketing agencies
  • Track lead quality and dispute invalid leads
  • Compare vendor performance
⚙️ CRM & Funnel Management (GoHighLevel)
  • Ensure leads flow correctly through the pipeline
  • Monitor automations and follow-ups
  • Verify accurate attribution in the sales pipeline
  • Troubleshoot system issues with vendors or support
🔄 Marketing Operations Coordination
  • Coordinate with:
  • SEO agencies
  • Paid ads teams
  • Web developers
  • Lead providers
  • Ensure projects are completed and results are tracked

Requirements/Qualifications
